Doonya: The Bollywood workout is the AAFA and ACE accredited Happy Workout! Your instructor will lead you through 10-12 pre-choreographed routines that combine fitness fundamentals and Bollywood movement for the most effective workout. Our follow-along dance party set to the hottest Bollywood songs and pop remixes will leave you:
- drenched from our high-intensity, fat blasting cardio routines,
- sore from conditioning each muscle in your body and
- feeling accomplished, having conquered exotic Indian dance moves
Using routines from four styles of Indian and Bollywood dance (Bolly-pop, Pop Bhangra, Village Celebrations, and Classical Conditioning) Doonya curates a unique workout that targets each major muscle group (and some you maybe didn’t even know you have)!
