Doonya: The Bollywood Workout
Doonya: The Bollywood Workout, is a high-energy, cardio dance and conditioning class that will help you reach your weight loss goals and achieve a happy and healthy lifestyle! Each class consists of short and easy-to-follow routines based in our four main styles of dance (Bolly-pop, Pop Bhangra, Village Celebrations, and Classical Conditioning). The variations of styles and movement create a unique workout that targets each major muscle group and will have you noticing muscles you didn’t even know you had!
The fast paced and energetic music lends to high intensity movements that will automatically provide a great cardio workout. Consistent attendance of Doonya classes will result in overall weight loss as well as increase strength of the glutes, quadriceps, calves, hamstrings, inner and outer thigh as well as the shoulder, arms, and abs (just to name a few!).
